Paddington and his siblings were found with their mom in freezing cold temps in NC. They were moved to a fosters home in NC before making their way up to NJ to find their forever homes. Margo the mom appears to be a chi mix, unsure of dad maybe a dachsaund with the colors and shorter legs some of them have. Maybe a small/medium size dog.
